5 homemade preparations to control high cholesterol

4.  Lemon juice

5.  Green tea

  • 1 teaspoon of green tea (15 g)

  • Heat the water and, when it boils, lower the heat and add the green tea.  Let it infuse on low heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • When the tea cools a little, you can add some honey.  We recommend you take it while it is warm.
